Our stay at the Penny Lane home was unforgettable! We were 14 guests and had an amazing time!!! When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how clean, modern and spacious this home was. It was everything that the pictures showed and more. We used the game room, pool, bbq, watched movies and even played board games like if we were in high school/ college again! The kitchen had everything you we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings, baked cookies for desserts and had our own taco night! =) We couldn’t have asked for a better house and when we go to Orlando again, we will definitely be staying at Penny Lane again!

We had a great time at the villa. My daughter-in-law was very pleased with the crib in her room. Merek slept well and safely. The weather was great and our grandchildren enjoyed many happy moments at Disney World and we all have memories we can cherish forever.
The gentleman who looks after the pool checked the garburator and said, "just bits in it, works fine, no worries." I think he had an Australian accent.

Sandy vacuumed and cleaned before we left so except for a few supplies we left for the next people, and the bedding being washed, it probably looked like no-one stayed there. We were so pleased with the villa that we plan to stay again in a few years. Thank you very much for all of your support and for helping to make this very special vacation so comfortable.

This is our third time in Emerald Island, and this home has definitely been the best so far. This time we were a larger group (11) so we had to migrate to a larger home. This place is nicely decorated and every detail is taken care off. The house is spotless clean and is loaded with all you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. An added value which makes a difference is the flat screens and DVD players in all rooms. Communication with Julie was great from the very first day when we requested information about the availability and rates. I highly recommend this property for families visiting Orlando who look for a nice, comfortable, quiet and secure place to spend their vacation together.

This was the perfect thing for our Disney vacation. We had never rented a house for a vacation before, but I am now convinced that this is the way to go with young children. The house was beautiful, spacious, and inviting. We felt right at home instantly. The kids loved the Mickey and Minny bedroom as well as being able to squeeze in some private pool time prior to heading off to a day at the parks. The resort offers a shuttle service, but we enjoyed the flexibility of taking our car. (Literally only a 10 min drive from all the parks no matter what time of day!) I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends! I know it will be a part of our next Disney trip.
